Position: Residential Manager

Salary Range: $73008 $80606.73 annually based upon education and related experience

Schedule: Core working hours are Monday through Friday 9a to 5p with some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the team and those served

Location: Homestead area of Pittsburgh PA

Devereux/TCV Community Services is hiring a Residential Manager to start in August for our brandnew STAIRS program set to open early this fall in Homestead PAjoin us in shaping innovative communitybased care!

Position Summary:
Devereux/TCV Community Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to lead operations in our new STAIRS program an intensive residential treatment program for youth with autism and developmental disabilities. The program serves youth with significant behavioral challenges and skill deficits who have not made progress in less restrictive settings.

In this role youll oversee daytoday operations ensure a safe and therapeutic environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamincluding behavior analysts psychiatrists nurses educators and direct care staff. The Residential Manager is responsible for planning and implementing individualized residential services providing staff supervision and ensuring highquality care that supports each individuals needs and goals.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Program Oversight: Manage daily operations of the residential program to ensure a safe structured and therapeutic environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead train and support residential staff; oversee performance and onboarding.
  • Crisis Response: Support crisis prevention and intervention using Safe & Positive Approaches; ensure timely documentation and communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations; participate in audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a human services field preferred
  • Bachelors degree with at least 12 credit hours in a human services field (e.g. psychology social work education counseling) and a minimum of 3 years of direct care experience OR 60 college credits with 12 credit hours in a human services field and 4 years of direct care experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • State PA criminal FBI and PA child abuse clearances required
  • Valid PA drivers license with three (3) year driving record required.
