Job Title: Pens Management Support team lead
Dept.: Harvest Pens
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee cattle from receive to entry of harvest
- Check sprinklers are in use as needed
- Trucks are following schedule
- Pens are being filled to pen density
- Humane Handling is being followed to company policy
- Scale in trucks prior to unloading cattle.
- Guide cattle into appropriate pens and verifies with driver that all cattle have been uploaded.
- Helps prepare cattle inspection for USDA
- Fills out paperwork such as head count mud score etc. and put into envelope for accounting clerk
- Turns automatic cattle counter onoff
- Weighs empty truck prior to truck leaving
- Communicate with other scalers Mgmt. and employees
- Base pay rate $25.25/hr
