Managing business performance in todays complex and rapidly changing business environment is crucial for any organizations shortterm and longterm success. However ensuring streamlined E2E Oracle fusion HCM to seamlessly adapt to the changing business environment is crucial from a process and compliance perspective. As part of the Technology Consulting Business Applications Oracle Practice team we leverage opportunities around digital disruption new age operating model and best in class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients
*Responsibilities:
Minimum 10 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role.
S/he must have been a part of at least 23 endtoend HCM implementations of HCM Cloud Core HR module.
Indepth understanding of core HR business process and their data flow.
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR solutions including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis requirement definition and solution design.
The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops design configuration testing and golive.
Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Added advantage Cloud HCM core HR certification
