Job Overview
As a Sales Consultant you will:
- Call leads follow up on inquiries and book appointments via phone text and email
- Contact potential customers using lead lists and prospecting strategies
- Assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicles highlighting features and benefits and conducting test drives
- Negotiate fair and transparent pricing
- Complete sales paperwork
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups
- Attend ongoing training sessions
- Stay updated on new vehicle models and features
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets
Qualifications
We love to bring in folks who have done sales in other industries - tech solar furniture or real estate! Additionally lots of successful sales consultants used to be bartenders servers pastors call center reps retail managers personal trainers and more! If you can work with people we can work with you!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in computer and internet applications
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Full-time 5-day work week with every Sunday off
- Fast-paced competitive environment
- Occasionally lift/move objects up to 50 pounds
- Extended periods of standing and walking
- Primarily phone-based and in-person customer service
