Key Responsibilities Program Management Lead and manage multiple Salesforce projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Drive the overall strategy and execution of Salesforce solutions from design and implementation to deployment. Develop and maintain project schedules timelines and milestones ensuring projects are completed on time. Oversee the coordination of resources budgets and timelines across cross functional teams. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce related initiatives working closely with business leaders IT teams and other stakeholders. Communicate program progress risks and issues to stakeholders ensuring clear expectations are set. Manage and prioritize the backlog of Salesforce features and enhancements based on business needs. Salesforce Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud etc) best practices and new features. Ensure that Salesforce solutions are designed and implemented effectively to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with Salesforce developers administrators and other team members to ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable. Risk Management and Issue Resolution Identify potential risks to the projects success and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise keeping the project on track and ensuring quality delivery. Reporting and Metrics Track and report on key program metrics ensuring that all projects are on target for success. Create and present regular program status reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and identifying areas for optimization. Foster a culture of innovation within the team keeping up to date with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.
