We are seeking a talented Sr Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Sr Salesforce Business Analyst has a detailed understanding of the business processes they support as well as the technology behind them. The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business strategies and identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and value back into the business. They will work with business to create business justifications gather requirements design develop/configuration unit test work with business to create test scripts assist with testing with the functional leads training support and create/update process flow documentation. They are also responsible for participating in projects to implement work efforts by completing their tasks and applying project management principles to keep tasks on track and contribute to the overall success of the project.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration (or equivalent education and/or experience related to information technology).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration (e.g. Flows Process Builder Validation Rules Custom Metadata).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Salesforce reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Knowledge of business process modeling and re-engineering.
- Skilled in designing and building workflows to optimize business processes
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
Sr Salesforce Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize business processes by leveraging Salesforce functionality including automation data management and reporting.
- Assist in the customization of Salesforce to meet the specific needs of different business units including configuration of fields workflows and objects.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they understand how to effectively use Salesforce features.
- Oversee data integrity and ensure best practices are followed for data migration cleansing and maintenance within Salesforce.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders using Salesforces reporting tools.
- Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality by communicating changes to end-users and providing necessary training.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations processes and custom metadata to support scalability and compliance.
