Job Description

  • Endtoend recruitment for IT positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Utilize job portals social media employee referrals and networking to source candidates.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews gather feedback and manage the offer process.

  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics.

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (inhouse).

  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills (e.g. developers testers DevOps etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.

  • 5 days working (Monday Friday)
