Job Description
Endtoend recruitment for IT positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Utilize job portals social media employee referrals and networking to source candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews gather feedback and manage the offer process.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (inhouse).
Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills (e.g. developers testers DevOps etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
