Job Description
- Develop and publish insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate business needs from the U.S. team into datadriven solutions.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis and trend discovery to support operations and finance.
- Assist in KPI tracking business forecasting and performance measurement.
- Ensure data accuracy and validation of report results.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI and DAX calculations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Solid SQL skills to extract and manipulate data.
- Basic understanding of Python for data analysis or automation is a big plus.
- Familiarity with Excel and data storytelling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Exposure to finance/insurance data is a plus.
