Job Description
Were recruiting for a Banking Access Analyst to join us. Were offering a competitive base salary.
What youll be doing:
- Managing administrative queries and requests for online banking systems
- Supporting banking administration projects and maintaining documentation
- Collating and maintaining accurate management information and team workload data
- Handling access requests and managing consumables through internal systems
- Responding to internal and external queries professionally and efficiently
- Completing MOLAR processes and ensuring timely accurate returns
- Escalating technical or banking issues and liaising with IT and banking partners
- Acting as a key point of contact for banking platformrelated matters
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Willingness to learn about online banking platforms and internal system
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams or external partners
- A commitment to integrity diligence and delivering good customer outcomes
