We are seeking a Junior Automation Analyst to assist with requirements elicitation for projects and automations. This role involves gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements supporting problem analysis during discovery phases and providing recommendations for next steps. The analyst will help identify and analyse business processes to improve performance and assist Legal and General in enhancing process efficiency through automation.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting the transformation of business processes systems and operating models by identifying automation opportunities and driving discovery and change initiatives across Legal & General
- Contributing to analysis planning and monitoring including defining stakeholder roles estimating analysis activities planning interactions developing requirements ensuring traceability and prioritisation and monitoring progress
- Proposing solutions aligned with business requirements making recommendations to stakeholders based on cost benefit and risk considerations
- Raising and communicating risks issues assumptions and dependencies to ensure appropriate mitigating actions
- Supporting analysis activities and deliver analysis artifacts for assignments (Discovery Project or Automation) including integrating new technologies gathering and documenting requirements and understanding current or future processes
- Ensuring fair treatment of colleagues customers and stakeholders in line with Legal & Generals principles on customer experience strategy employee engagement continuous improvement and other policies
- Designing digital customer journeys to be accessible navigable and informative supporting customer understanding and decisionmaking
