The Role
As a Digital Designer youll sit at the heart of our Creative Studio crafting engaging visually impactful work across a range of digital marketing channels. From static graphics and motion ads to campaign assets and web visuals youll help us bring our brands to life and evolve them using a datainformed performanceled approach.
Youll collaborate closely with marketing CRM and product teams as well as other creatives to deliver campaigns that not only look great but also drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Design compelling static and animated assets for digital marketing campaigns across social media CRM and web optimised for engagement performance and brand consistency
Produce highquality motion graphics and shortform animations for paid social ads promotional materials and internal communications that captivate and convert
Collaborate crossfunctionally with the creative studio marketing and CRM to execute campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable results
Contribute to ideation and creative strategy participating in brainstorms design reviews and campaign planning sessions with confidence and clarity
Champion and evolve brand identity across multiple brands and channels ensuring consistency and visual excellence throughout all creative outputs
Stay informed and inspired by the latest digital design trends platform innovations and competitor activity proactively bringing fresh thinking to the team
About You:
3 years experience in a design role within a digital agency inhouse brand or performance marketing environment
A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital motion and branding with a focus on campaigndriven design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) with solid skills in both static and animated content
Experience producing motion graphics and shortform animations for social media and digital advertising
Understanding of datainformed performanceled creative and the ability to apply insights to improve design effectiveness
Highly adaptable organised and detailoriented able to manage multiple projects brands and formats in a fastpaced environment
A collaborative feedbackfriendly mindset with a proactive approach to learning experimenting and continuous improvement
You have a Test Learn and Optimise mindset
Data led and use it in your processes and decision making
You thrive when working as part of a team
Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
Last but not least youll have no ego!
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools like Bannerflow or creative automation platforms
Experience working within the iGaming sport entertainment or ecommerce space
Working knowledge of Figma or other design collaboration tools
Interest in UI/UX or product design
