Working directly and with our intermediary partners were responsible for approximately 300000 members at new business and renewal. Our teams expertly guide SME (small to medium enterprise) businesses through our products and processes so they can protect their employees. If youre a leader and expert in the UK SME PMI (private medical insurance) healthcare market this could be the role for you.
Youll establish develop and implement the strategy for AXA Healths SME business to deliver profitable sustainable growth through effective customer acquisition and retention. Youll create compelling propositions articulating a cohesive vision that delivers sales retention and builds strong intermediary relationships in line with agreed targets.
At AXA we work smart this role is fieldbased and youll travel to visit AXA offices and client sites as required.

What youll bring:
As a precondition of employment for this role you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to preemployment screening checks the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
Please be aware that this position is a Certified Function role under the SM&CR regime which means the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced level of background screening requirements.
