Job Description
What will you be doing
Are you a creative and detaildriven Mechanical Design Engineer looking to work on nuclear cuttingedge engineering solutions This role puts you at the centre of developing highperformance mechanical systems across a technically complex and rewarding project.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Creating and developing 3D models and detailed drawings using Inventor and Siemens NX.
- Managing design data assemblies and BOMs using Teamcenter PLM and PDM systems.
- Supporting full product development lifecycle: from concept and prototyping to final design and release.
- Ensuring design tolerances and documentation meet compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including manufacturing procurement and test.
- Participating in design reviews change management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with Inventor and/or Siemens NX for 3D modelling and assemblies or proficiency with other packages.
- Proficient in PLM/PDM systems (such as Teamcenter or similar).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles GD&T and DFM/DFA best practices.
- Comfortable working in fastpaced highly regulated environments (e.g. aerospace defence nuclear or automotive).
