You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Real Estate Consulting (REC) team is rapidly growing within the business as we expand our portfolio across the public and private sectors. The REC team comprises of experts in Asset Management Business Case development Benefits Management Corporate Real Estate and Change management who deliver on the worlds largest programmes and projects.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support with our Defence and Healthcare sector projects to play a critical role in providing benefits management business case and real estate strategies to our key clients.
Reporting to the benefits management Lead you will lead and support on various often concurrent projects and have the ability to manage your own workload and work both independently and part of a multidisciplinary team.
Some of the standout projects we have delivered in recent months include for full portfolio benefits management function setup and management for the Defence Estate Optimisation Portfolio and also for the Government & NHS Englands New Hospital Programme. We also produce various evidencebased funding applications and business cases to support regeneration and service improvements and new and innovative solutions for maximizing the efficiency of our Clients property portfolios.
