Job Description
- Serve as a subject matter expert and second review line for our KYC Operations Experts this includes analysing customer documentation including identification and legal documents
- Provide functional guidance to a team of up to 10 KYC Operations Experts
- Ensure that our business processes are uptodate and that new processes are crafted on demand
- Liaise with our product teams to enhance process automation and our KYC onboarding flow
- Provide subject matter guidance to relevant product teams when new end consumer product features are drafted
- Liaise and partner with our 2nd line functions to ensure our operations are compliant with local and international legislation
- Identify patterns and trends consistent with money laundering terrorist financing and other types of suspicious activity
- Complete ongoing DueDiligence checks to ensure accurate and uptodate information is always maintained
Qualifications :
- You bring at least some years experience in an operational or management related role
- Extensive knowledge about Know your client processes and AntiMoneyLaundering regulations
- You serve as a functional leader for our KYC Operation Experts
- You are comfortable in collaborating with stakeholders of all levels including leadership and product teams
- Strong critical thinking and sound decisionmaking skills
- Detail oriented work approach
- You are able to prioritise workflows and ensure deadlines are met
- Fluency in English and German (at least C1 Level)
