Join Our Team as a Fleet Administrator in Saskatoon!
Are you an organized and detailoriented professional with a passion for fleet operations GFL Environmental is looking for a Fleet Administrator to support our team with maintenance tracking asset management licensing and day to day administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and have strong analytical and communication skills we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Work in maintenance software for tracking within for all locations.
- Assist with fleet registration renewals and compliance.
- Maintain and organize fleet maintenance records (electronic & physical).
- Process buying activities and AP reconciliations related to fleet operations.
- Handle purchase orders purchasing/receiving and assist with new equipment setups.
- Coordinate warranty claims insurance documentation and fleetrelated data tracking.
- Support fleet management with additional projects as needed.
What You Bring:
- Experience with data analysis and fleet management systems.
- Strong understanding of purchasetopay processes (AP PO management).
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Workday (WD).
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced changing environment.
- Exceptional communication organization and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of fleet and industrial operations is an asset.
