This casual position provides callin or backfill support to the locations of the Mclean Coop Albion Rd and Folison Street. Compensation is $22.54hr.

The Casual Direct Support Professional provides critical services to the people supported by Karis Disability Services and works to ensure that people belong to communities in which their Godgiven gifts are valued and respected. The Casual Direct Support Professional seeks to promote Karis Disability Services Service Principles by enhancing relationships promoting citizenship valuing peoples gifts recognizing selfdetermination encouraging growth and development and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each persons intrinsic value.
They assist with activities of daily living and promotes life development as outlined in person centered plans. This is done through collaboration with their team families advocates friends and community partners. The Casual Direct Support Professional completes administrative duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
