Your Mission:
- Building a strong relationship between the Pharmacy Operation Lead(s) Pharmacy Manager(s) Affiliate/Partner Owner(s) pharmacies and other business units and stakeholders;
- Coordinate regular touchpoints with Pharmacy Manager(s) Affiliate/Partner Owner(s) and Pharmacy Operations Lead(s) both individually and in tandem;
- Direct management coaching and mentoring of Affiliate/Partner Owner(s) Pharmacy Manager(s) and Pharmacy Operations Lead(s) including coordinating training and development;
- Oversee the training and operating standards for pharmacies;
- Ensure that BioScript policies are always in compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations;
- Ensure the design development implementation and maintenance of internal programs policies procedures data usage and technology by affiliates/partners abide by BioScript standards;
- Assisting in Change Management and ensuring communication plans are provided to Pharmacy Operations Lead(s) Affiliate/Partner Owner(s) and Pharmacy Manager(s) in a timely manner;
- Review financials monthly with Affiliate/Partner Owner(s) and BioScript Finance team to assess adherence to Affiliate/Partner Agreements;
- Represent the BioScript Solutions brand in the region including interacting with government agencies and other bodies as required with the goal of securing/protecting an optimal regulatory environment in Quebec for success of BioScript Partners/Affiliates;
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous experience in healthcare particularly Pharmacy considered a strong asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience is preferred;
- Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Proven leadership conflict management motivational and team building skills;
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently;
- Demonstrated skills in relationship building and influencing to achieve results;
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced challenging and changing work environment;
- Understanding of systems implementation and an ability to monitor and manage best practices;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Able to manage files and issues across multiple locations while effectively budgeting time;
- Regular travel is required including overnight stays site visits to pharmacies at minimum monthly ad hoc visits to Home Office and managers meetings (about 1020%);
Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
