Permanent Full time (38 hours per week)
Shift hours varied between 7.30am5.30pm
White Rock
Hourly Rate between $39.03$42.80 depending on qualifications and experience
Trinity Anglican School (TAS) is expanding its Early Learning Centres (ELC) by introducing prekindergarten services (age 23) at its Kewarra Beach and White Rock campuses. The White Rock service opened in May last year and the Kewarra Beach ELC recently opened in January.
We are now seeking a qualified Lead Educator who is passionate about creating educational and fun learning experiences for our children at both our campuses. TAS inspires curious learners through naturebased handson play and inquirybased discovery that promotes social cognitive physical and emotional development. Do you have the following
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification) or working towards attainment or
- Experience in Early Learning education and care preferably kindergarten age
- Certificate CPR (HLTAID009)
- Certificate First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012)
Are you a team player who
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing.
- Has a child friendly and nurturing disposition.
- Can assist with the planning implementation and evaluation of a highquality program this includes contributing to the QIP.
- Understands the My Time Our Place framework and can apply it.
- Is reliable flexible and demonstrates tact and discretion.
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
- Has the ability to work towards a centre of excellence.
- Can use the Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn
- Is willing to undertake the Responsible Person role in the Nominated Supervisors absence.
