Who are we looking for
We are seeking a passionate individual who will be working across two suicide aftercare services the Suicide Prevention Service and the Way Back Support Service the Case Managers/Support Coordinators are responsible for providing nonclinical care and practical psychosocial support to individuals in the first three months following a suicide attempt or suicidal crisis.
The service is based in Adelaide Hills around Mt Barker.
