Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your work truly matters Were looking for a passionate and committed HomeBased Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team in Preston right in the heart of Melbournes vibrant northern suburbs. This is more than a job its your opportunity to lead with compassion shape meaningful change and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
In this rewarding role youll oversee the operations of our HomeBased Care Houses program ensuring a safe therapeutic and traumainformed environment for those in our care. Youll support and supervise a team of caregivers conduct assessments and annual reviews and provide guidance to the programs case manager ensuring each young person receives thoughtful coordinated support tailored to their needs.
Beyond the daily responsibilities youll contribute to the growth and innovation of the HomeBased Care Houses initiative and help shape the direction of the broader HomeBased Care program. Your leadership will not only impact your team but will also play a key role in building stronger more resilient communities.
Located in Preston this role offers the chance to work in a diverse and connected community with great local amenities green spaces and easy access to public transport.
This is a fixed term parental leave replacement (38 hours per week until 06/07/2026) opportunity based in Preston within our Out of Home Careprogram. The position reports to the Home Based Care Coordinator.
