The Role:
- Running solo across multiple days
- Leading the team during busier services with a second chef on deck
- Delivering a consistent highquality pub menu
- Supporting regular weekend functions the venue is functionheavy and bookings are strong
- Creating weekly specials and taking real ownership of the food offering
Youll Bring:
- 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher
- The ability to work independently and lead by example
- Menu costing expertise with a focus on wastage control
- Strong understanding of rostering cost control and stock management
- Confidence on the tools youre still on the pans
- A passion for hearty pub food and clean efficient kitchens
- A compliancedriven approach with a focus on food safety and quality
- Reliability initiative and a great work ethic
