Surry Hills / Hybrid / Fulltime (18month fixed term contract part time options considered)
We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and champion the execution of our HR Strategic Plan. In this crucial role youll partner directly with the Chief Operations Officer driving key strategic HR projects and overseeing all HR operations to cultivate a vibrant and thriving workplace.

Your Opportunity: Lead and Drive Change
As HR Manager you will youll be a key leader driving both strategic HR initiatives and overseeing daytoday HR operations with a handson approach You will be instrumental in aligning HR practices and processes with our organisational objectives and the HR Strategic Plan. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a positive and engaging work environment strengthening employee engagement and retention and ensuring unwavering compliance with industry standards.
