Architect Interiors/Workplace Focus
Location: Surry Hills Sydney Salary: $100000 $120000 Superannuation (Negotiable) FullTime
Kappa Executive Search is partnering with an awardwinning Surry Hills design studio seeking an Architect with a passion for interior design to lead interiorfocused commercial projects with occasional architectural input.
The role will involve delivering projects from concept through to construction working closely with the Director. Project types range from highend workplace design lobby refurbishments podium facade upgrades and occasional singledwelling residential interiors.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and consultants across all project stages
- Apply architectural knowledge to support minor structural changes
- Lead design and documentation phases using Revit
- Present confidently and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- A minimum of 5 years of postgrad experience ideally in commercial interiors
- Strong Revit skills are essential; Enscape experience is advantageous
- Confident selfdirected and capable of managing varied project types
- Designled studio in Surry Hills 100m from Central Station
- Flexible work arrangements (1day WFH)
- Direct reporting to the Director; no internal reporting layers
- Access to new technology and visualisation tools
- Equity opportunities may be offered to the right candidate down the line.
