About the role:
We are seeking expressions of interests to join a vibrant and inclusive business that is changing lives. At Aruma Facility Services formerly known as House with No Steps we proudly employ over 75 people with disabilities and manage over 4000 sites across Australia. As a Service Delivery Supervisor you will lead and support our local Facilities Management teams overseeing operations in key locations in Victoria based at our Bayswater location. Your team will deliver essential gardening cleaning and general maintenance services for a wide range of commercial clients.
In this role your success will be measured by your ability to guide and support local teams to meet schedules uphold contract specifications and embrace our purposedriven values. You will ensure all incidents and issues are reported and escalated through our systems contributing to a safe compliant and supportive work environment. You will also play a key role in assisting with tenders quotations and maintaining ISO certifications ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
With regular site visits and close collaboration with Regional and National Operations Managers youll drive operational excellence support scheduling and manage team communications. Your leadership will ensure that all teams remain motivated highperforming and aligned with our business goals.

About You:
- A minimum Cert. IV in Horticulture certificate; or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Formal team leadership training and/or equivalent knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate and support teams that are working over a large geographical area.
- Sound communication and negotiation skills able to resolve conflict and assess when to escalate issues appropriately.
- Problem solving and technical skills to solve maintenance contract and scheduling issues.
- Ability to plan monitor and action contract schedules in a timely manner promoting quality costeffectiveness and safe work practices at all times.
- A demonstrated commitment to the Aruma Code of Conduct.
- A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling and environmental requirements of the position.
- A practical understanding of WHS requirements.
- NDIS Worker Screen clearance and Working with Children Check
- A current Australian drivers license and White Card
- Willingness to travel as needed across a regional area.
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
