The Royal Hotel Nundah a cornerstone of the local community since 1888 is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Our venue boasts a brandnew bistro offering elevated pub classics a lively public bar showcasing live sports and the Royal Quarters entertainment space making it a vibrant hub north of Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of highquality dishes
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve menu offerings
About You:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional food and service
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
