Job Description
Who We Are:
11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a familyownedandoperated business that is passionate about recruiting customer service and our community. We are positioned to be your onestop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entrylevel to executive spanning across all industries.
Responsibilities:
Clean and restore ductwork HVAC components and dryer vents; apply antimicrobial treatments as needed.
Maintain proper use and upkeep of all tools equipment and company vehicle; report any issues promptly.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of job documentation paperwork and customer receipts.
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally in appearance and communication.
Support the General Manager with equipment supplies and operational needs.
Follow safety protocols company policies and attend required meetings and training sessions.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure jobs meet or exceed quality standards.
Maintain organized confidential customer and project files; manage customer relations effectively.
- Accurately track and submit work hours using companyapproved methods.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC duct cleaning or similar fields is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn take direction and maintain a positive attitude.
Physical ability to perform handson tasks including lifting climbing and working in tight spaces.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record preferred.
Pay: $17/hr
