SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager Supply Chain Operations the Sr. Specialist Contracts will be responsible for leading the endtoend management of complex contracts with a focus on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Master Service Agreements (MSA) Professional Service Agreements (PSA) and other types of commercial contracts.
This role requires comprehensive expertise across the full contract lifecycle from planning through drafting redlining negotiation to execution and postaward administration. The Sr. Specialist Contracts will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure contracts are aligned with organizational goals risk profiles and compliance standards.
This is a strategic handson role that requires strategic thinking attention to details and the ability to drive the results in a fast paced crossfunctional environment.
DOT Requirements: The US Department of Transportation (DOT) and the company have adopted regulations governing the control of drug use by persons in certain job classifications.
