C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruiter to help us attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new team members. In this key role youll manage endtoend recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date in our HR systems including ADP. Key Responsibilities
- Manage fullcycle recruiting from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding utilizing Hireology and ADP.
- Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems (ADP Ease CareerLink).
- Conduct monthly new hire orientation and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
- Support managers and employees by providing guidance on policies and HR best practices.
- Oversee the issues and turning in of uniforms for employees.
- Assist with login issues as needed.
- Promote employee engagement through consistent communication and support.
- Maintain and update employee records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced environment.
- 13 years of experience in Human Resources or recruiting preferred.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
