SLP Treatment Specialist

Location: This position is fully 100% remote and it is required to live in California. It is required to hold a California license.

Compensation: This is an exempt W2 salaried position with a bonus potential based on performance. The base salary ranges from $81000$92000 and the bonus potential ranges from $10530$30360 or otherwise potential earnings of $91000$122000.

State Licensure and Commitment

We are seeking SLPs licensed in California working fulltime hours starting at 36 or 40 total hours/week. All scheduling options available include some degree of afternoon and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse client population covering Expressables Core Clinical Areas including but not limited to early language development pediatric articulation/phonological disorder pediatric fluency/stuttering pediatric receptiveexpressive language disorder pediatric/adolescent social pragmatics autism spectrum disorder childhood apraxia of speech adult Articulation adult fluency/stuttering pediatric developmental cognition.

• Diagnose treat and develop care plans for clients with the support of Expressable tools and resources with a focus on highquality clinical outcomes encouraging client/caregiver buyin and education.

• Complete documentation for sessions and evaluations in accordance with Expressables quality and timeliness standards.

• Fulfill all required trainings client communications screenings licensing and credentialing tasks and internal communications in a timely manner.

• Provide PTO and sick coverage for sessions and evaluations as needed to ensure continuity of care of Expressable clients.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through Expressable resources mentorship and monthly Grand Rounds with fellow clinicians and clinical leaders.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a key area(s) of clinical competency inclusive of serving as a knowledge base to the broader team and engaging in oneonone mentorship with team members as needed.

• Engage as a participant in focus and pilot groups of new projects and initiatives engaging in crossdepartmental collaboration as needed.

• Meet clinical and professional performance expectations to continuously improve care quality and outcomes client experience and client access to care.

Qualifications

• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

• Full licensure in your state of residence allowing independent clinical practice

• Individual NPI number

• Reliable internet connection

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of postClinical Fellowship experience

• Experience in pediatric settings and conducting pediatric assessments

• Experience serving as a subject matter expert or mentor in specific clinical areas

• Proficiency with computer technology and ability to adapt to new tools independently

• Experience working with insurancebased populations such as Medicaid

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working in teletherapy settings similar to Expressable

• Experience with adult clinical care and conducting adult assessments

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (e.g. Spanish or other languages)
