We are seeking a Lawncare Laborer for a parttime maintenance position in Soda Springs ID. The Laborer position is responsible for assisting skilled construction workers in performing their assigned duties and performing a large variety of duties. Nonexempt role; Reports to the Foreman; Assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently.

• 20 hours / week possibility for more due to shrub trimming

Essential Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• Mowing with a Zero turn using hedge trimmers and weedeater
• Ability to follow instructions without being distracted
• Postoffer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven long sleeves steel toe boots etc.)
• Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat safety glasses gloves respirator hearing protection safety harness with lanyard etc.)
• Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Functional Requirements:

Digs spreads and levels dirt and gravel Lifts carries and holds building materials tools and supplies Cleans tools equipment materials and work areas Mixes spreads or pours concrete asphalt gravel or other materials Joins wraps and seals sections of pipe Performs a variety of nonmachine tasks such as removing forms from set concrete filling expansion joints with asphalt placing culvert sections in trench etc. Spends time on one job or may be transferred from task to task as the project progresses to completion Perform additional assignments per supervisors direction

Compensation

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
