Job Description

Pay Range: $50000 $67000 annually

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing dealership events and promotions both online and offline. This includes sales events vehicle launches test drives customer appreciation events sponsorships and community outreach initiatives. The role also supports employee engagement efforts assists with social media coordination and ensures the seamless integration of marketing initiatives across various channels.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Event Development & Community Engagement:

  • Identify and develop opportunities for the Lewis brand to participate in community events including school functions Chamber of Commerce events and local sponsorships.
  • Proactively seek out new partnerships and outreach opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the dealership and community organizations to foster strong relationships and expand our involvement.

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of dealership and community events including customer appreciation initiatives promotional campaigns and employee engagement activities.
  • Align event strategies with company goals sales objectives and brand messaging to enhance customer and employee experiences.
  • Oversee event logistics such as venue selection catering entertainment signage transportation and staffing.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events managing setup coordination and breakdown while maintaining highquality standards.

Vendor & Partner Coordination:

  • Identify negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors sponsors and community partners.
  • Coordinate orders and manage inventory for promotional materials including branded apparel signage and giveaway items.
  • Track budgets invoices and receipts to ensure financial accountability and costeffective event execution.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials advertising strategies and social media content for events.
  • Assist in managing eventrelated content including photography videography and live coverage on social media platforms.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional items and ensure materials are available for events.
  • Track event performance including attendance engagement lead generation and feedback to optimize future events.

Event Staffing & Public Relations:

  • Coordinate and oversee dealership staff and volunteers during events ensuring they are properly trained and equipped.
  • Serve as a point of contact for public relations efforts related to promotions contests and event outreach.
  • Engage with customers and the public during events to enhance brand reputation and customer relationships.

CRM Coordination & Task Management:

  • Manage and maintain Asana CRM to streamline marketing tasks project planning and followup processes.
  • Assist in designing deploying and tracking marketing initiatives within the CRM platform.
  • Support the Director of Marketing Social Media Manager Graphics Manager and other key team members in executing marketing strategies efficiently.

Social Media Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop and schedule content aligned with marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist with social media engagement responding to customer inquiries comments and messages.
  • Help create compelling digital content including graphics videos and event recaps to enhance online brand presence.
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement analytics to refine strategies and improve audience reach.

Content Creation Assistance:

  • Assist in developing creative content for marketing campaigns event promotions and brand storytelling.
  • Support the Social Media Manager by capturing photos videos and testimonials at events to be used in marketing materials.
  • Help draft engaging captions blog posts and email content to enhance brand messaging.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the dealerships voice branding and overall marketing strategy.

Employee Engagement Activities & Events:

  • Plan and coordinate internal events to celebrate employees including birthday recognitions work anniversaries and new hire welcomes.
  • Organize employee appreciation initiatives such as teambuilding activities holiday celebrations and recognition programs.
  • Assist with promotional events for employees including sales contests incentive programs and achievement celebrations.
  • Ensure internal communications and event promotions keep employees informed and engaged with company initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for event planning and marketing.
  • Experience in social media management community engagement or CRM coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Asana Google (or similar CRM tools) and social media platforms. Knowledge or use of such tools as Adobe or Canva. Photography or Video skillset is desired for this role as well.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as required by events
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry event materials (up to 30 lbs)

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel between dealership locations and attend community or promotional events as needed.
