Job Description
We are hiring a forwardthinking GenAI ML Engineer to help build and scale intelligent applications in the healthcare space. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in Computer Engineering a passion for GenAI and 24 years of experience developing LLMbased solutions. If you thrive in agile environments enjoy working with emerging AI technologies like Vertex AI and agentic frameworks and have a knack for healthcare data this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy Generative AI models using GCP Vertex AI for healthcarespecific applications
Build and optimize RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model output with external context
Develop agentic AI systems capable of executing tasks autonomously through structured frameworks
Finetune and customize foundation models (e.g. Gemini PaLM) for Medicare Advantage and CMSaligned solutions
Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques (prompt tuning fewshot chainofthought etc.)
Collaborate with domain experts to ensure compliance with HIPAA CMS and healthcare regulatory standards
Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and maintain structured documentation in Confluence
Ensure system reliability data privacy and alignment with enterprise and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or related field
24 years of experience in GenAI/ML engineering or applied AI development
Proficiency in Python and common GenAI frameworks such as HuggingFace LangChain and OpenAI APIs
Handson experience with RAG architectures agentic AI and LLM customization
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools especially Vertex AI and BigQuery
Deep understanding of prompt engineering and LLM performance optimization
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies Jira and Confluence
Exposure to healthcare datasets Medicare Advantage and CMS compliance frameworks
