Job Description
Description of the role:
The Body Shop Receptionist at Continental Toyota in Hodgkins IL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fastpaced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors entering the body shop.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for customers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing paperwork related to vehicle repairs.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the body shop team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
- CDk Experience is a plus
