Job Description
Litigation Attorney
Hybrid role 2 days weekly from home office.

Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents for negotiations and proceedings.
Take depositions attend hearings conduct mediations and represent clients at trial.
Conduct legal research and provide counsel to clients.
Analyze legal matters and negotiate on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient case management.
Maintain organized client files.
Requirements:
Admission to the Georgia Bar.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and problemsolving abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and with others.
