About the Role:
As an Associate Attorney youll handle all phases of employment litigation from intake through trial. The firm emphasizes trial readiness and provides substantial support for professional growth. Responsibilities include:
- Litigating employment matters involving harassment discrimination retaliation and wage/hour violations.
- Conducting depositions discovery legal research and motion practice.
- Drafting motions negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Managing court calendars deadlines and communications with clients experts and opposing counsel.
- Playing an active role in jury trials and arbitration hearings.
