Now hiring a SupervisorQuality Performance Improvement!


Presbyterian Healthcare is hirig SupervisorQuality Performance Improvement. This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Population Health and Quality Performance Improvement staff to include interventionists program manager associates and program managers. It will provide leadership for complex multidepartmental clinical and business programs supporting Performance Improvement initiatives programs and regulatory compliance. Coaches mentors and leads team to ensure accreditation and regulatory requirements are met and clinical and fiscal targets are achieved.

Prefer Qualifications

This position is primarily remote but there will be times it will require onsite working sessions.

  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 4 years of healthcare managed care industry experience required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the overall direction coordination implementation and completion of clinical and quality programs aligned with the PHS Scorecard and organizational strategy.
  • Direct and delegate daily operations for staff including assigning caseloads and supporting program planning.
  • Lead staffing activities including interviewing hiring coaching providing performance feedback and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement Benefit Pharmacy and Provider Quality solutions to issues identified during memberfacing activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish Quality and Population Health program expectations.
