Job Description
Graduate of Nursing Program with a minimum Associate Degree; BSN preferred.
Must take boards on first offering. Graduate Nurses may engage in the supervised practice of professional nursing for up to 120 calendar days.
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment.
American Heart Association ACLS/PALS required within 6 months of employment.
This position is responsible for performing basic nursing care procedures under the direct supervision of the professional licensed nursing staff post graduation from nursing school
