The Solutions Consultant is an expert in Noggins products who can match customer needs with Noggins available solutions to help close deals more quickly. The role requires taking an active role in understanding customer needs developing an initial view of how the solution should be adapted to meet those needs and determining how Noggins products can be positioned to emphasize differentiators and advantages. The Solutions Consultant acts as a subject matter expert in meetings with prospects/customers demonstrating the products and answering questions to ensure that Noggin understands the customers problems and the customer understands how Noggin can solve them and the benefits we offer.
The Solutions Consultant also provides commercial and compliance support by triaging these inquiries to the relevant regional teams who are the Subject Matter Experts in this area and facilitate these response to the prospect as part of presales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Product Knowledge: Support presales strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain deep expertise in Noggin products including customer needs use cases and benefits. Contribute to product development with market analysis and strategic insights while staying informed about software functionality key features and market relevance. Develop expertise in the technical aspects of the solution keeping uptodate with the product roadmap.
Consulting Solution Design and Demo/Presentation: Engage with customers to gather requirements analyze needs and design tailored solutions including custom configurations. Deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase Noggins capabilities and serve as the product expert in meetings. Provide customized training and support during product trials addressing any gaps in customer requirements through configuration integration or development.
Commercial and Compliance Inquiry Management: Triage inquiries related to legal agreements data privacy security and regulatory compliance to relevant functional teams. Collaborate with commercial and compliance teams to respond to commercial and compliance questions escalating to specialized teams as needed.
Deal Support and Pipeline Management: Contribute to proposals by clearly documenting customer needs and aligning Noggins solutions. Support tender responses collaborate with presales teams to address nonfunctional questions and accurately scope project implementations. Manage CRM data and ensure deals are qualified before investing presales resources while maintaining uptodate documentation.
Revenue performance: Ensure that you are contributing to closure of revenue as per the agreed performance KPIs
Demand Generation. Support the demand generation function by providing assistance to marketing lead generation effort as required.
Marketing Support: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights refine communication strategies and enhance value propositions. Provide timely postevent reports and conduct debriefs with internal stakeholders to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
A minimum of 5 years related experience with complex business software solutions ideally with at least 2 in a senior role
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis and solution consulting processes and the preparation of presales artefacts
Demonstrated experience in analyzing the needs of prospective customers providing advice and delivering software demonstrations showcasing how our solutions can be delivered to customer needs
Experience with ownership of the client relationship and frontline stakeholder engagement
Experience working within project teams in a software development context
Market or product analysis for software products
Software Solution Consulting Software Solution Implementation Business development or sales experience
Desirable to have exposure to risk crisis incident or emergency management systems

Target Base Salary Range
$67100.00 $148400.00Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
