Job Description
The role:
ParentZone South Metro is looking for parttime or casual AV staff members with experience working with families facilitating groups and other related experience to be trained in and facilitate theBaby Makes 3 (BM3) program in Dandenong during 202526.
Bm3 is an inclusive evidencebased program developed by Healthability and is provided to new parents where infants also come along and dinner is included. Throughout the sessions new parents share their experiences and challenges in a relaxed and informal setting giving opportunity to socialise form bonds and communicate together. Bm3 has a particular focus on exploring roles and expectations including stereotypes that may lead to inequity. Healthability prioritises Bm3 cofacilitation where one facilitator identifies as female and one as male within a view that facilitation should also best reflect our diverse community.

Our funded programs wouldinclude planning and cofacilitating 3 x 2hour weekly evening sessions once per term with a trained cofacilitator from City of Greater Dandenong Maternal Child Health.
