We are seeking a talented energetic and customer serviceoriented candidate who loves people and interacting with customers through dialogue about our products. The ECommerce Customer Service Representative will play a fundamental role in establishing relationships with customers and providing a memorable brand experience. Additionally they will be responsible for making sure our customers are supported and cared for throughout their experience with our brands and will continually create ways to make the customers experience better.
The ideal candidate will be passionate creative helpful confident in their communication skills selfdriven professional friendly skilled in providing strong customer service detailoriented patient skilled in conflict and resolution management and able to consistently perform at the highest level with minimal supervision.
