Privatus Care Solutions is seeking a parttime Recruitment Coordinator for our Long Island officeAs a highly regarded provider of home care services Privatus recruits for the best of the best in home health aides and registered nurses. The person in this role will work in conjunction with a Recruitment Specialist and a collaborative team that enjoys finding quality caregivers and putting them to work as soon as possible!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review career Inquiries and conduct phone screens
Schedule applicants for interviews
Conduct reference checks on applicants
Send preemployment paperwork and conditional offer letters to applicants following the Companys hiring process
Point person for tracking and completing pre and postemployment paperwork
Schedule new hires for orientation
Prepare conference room and orientation folders for new hire orientation
Prepare new employee folders
Verify accuracy of onboarding forms and documents
Organize and files employee onboarding paperwork
Participates in the process of background checks
Education/Requirements
College Degree preferred
Prior experience in HR recruitment and record keeping required
Home care experience a plus
Applicant Tracking System proficiency a plus
