CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Coordinate with other teams and prepare cross functional process map.
Lead and facilitate relevant project meetings providing summary reports and inputs for the project team.
Ensure that all project records are accurate and adequately maintained.
Compile daily weekly and monthly reporting templates to support project team.
Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure track and improve performance.
Utilize analytical thinking to identify trends nonvalue added steps and improvement areas within existing processes.
Support the development and improvement of procedures and processes for material purchase orders and tracking of materials.
Identify risk to projects and develop plans to mitigate those risks with all stakeholder teams.
Handle special assignments and other duties as requested by leadership.
Provide project support as needed in a team environment with production quality engineering and other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Attending a local accredited university studying towards a BS in Supply Chain Logistics Business or other relevant area.
Excellent PC skills preferred with working knowledge of MS Office.
Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain purchasing scheduling and planning processes.
Selfmotivated with ability to work in a team environment or with little or no supervision.
