Job Description
Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We seek a service coordinator to join our team and oversee remote tech support with our clients. The Service Coordinator will interact with clients technicians and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot SubMetering Technology with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide service details and updates
- Create Work Orders for Service Technicians to be Scheduled
- Maintain accurate records of service requests appointments and technician schedules
- Ensure timely completion of service appointments and follow up with clients for feedback
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or Tech Support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations effectively
