Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (FullTime)

Job Summary:
Fulltime Mechanical Engineer responsible for a variety of engineering and design tasks to support production processes and equipment development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models of parts equipment and process units using SolidWorks
- Develop 2D fabrication drawings
- Design mechanical layouts for process units
- Generate bills of materials and quantity takeoffs
- Develop operation and maintenance manuals
- Provide technical support to the sales team for equipment quotations
- Participate in internal and external (customer) meetings
- Interface with other engineering disciplines
- Align manufacturing and engineering goals and objectives to optimize production processes
- Develop comprehensive SOPs technical documents and training materials (including manuals presentations and handson exercises) for both engineers and technicians
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through lean methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
Experience Must Include:
- Creating 3D models of parts and equipment using SolidWorks
- Developing 2D fabrication drawings
- Developing operation and maintenance manuals
- Developing comprehensive SOPs technical documents and training materials
