Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to drive successful adoption of key initiatives for our client in the Washington D.C. area. This consultant will leverage their deep understanding of change management methodologies including Proscis ADKAR model and Kotters 8Step Process along with Agile principles and organizational behavior to facilitate organizational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing change across diverse projects including those utilizing Lean Agile and Waterfall approaches and possess exceptional communication stakeholder management and facilitation skills to effectively engage individuals at all levels including Csuite executives. Experience in enterprise transformations establishing OCM Communities of Practice developing comprehensive communication and change management plans and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are essential for success in this impactful role.
