Job Description

Short Term

The State of Nevada is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support a statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. The OCM Analyst will work as part of the projects Change Management team to execute communications training support stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities. This role is critical in promoting user adoption minimizing resistance and ensuring a smooth transition to new business processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of the ERP change management strategy and plans. Develop and distribute internal communications and user-facing materials. Support the planning and delivery of stakeholder engagement events and activities. Coordinate feedback collection change impact assessments and readiness surveys. Contribute to the development of training schedules job aids and change interventions. Track and report on change management activities risks and issues. Preferred Qualifications: 25 years of professional experience in change management communications or training. Experience supporting large IT or public sector ERP projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management tools (e.g. SharePoint Teams). Familiarity with Prosci or other change management methodologies is a plus.
