Contract: Permanent
Sh ift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday Friday)
Salary Range: $60000
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehab to oversee and manage rehabilitation services at Collington A Kendal Affiliate. This role involves leading a team of therapy professionals ensuring quality patient care and maintaining compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
- Oversee daily operations of the rehab department ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement treatment programs in alignment with patient needs and facility goals.
- Monitor patient progress treatment outcomes and overall rehab performance metrics.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams administrators and family members to optimize patient care.
- Manage department budget staffing and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on therapy services.
Current licensure as a PTA PT OT OTA or SLP in the state of Maryland.
Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience or minimum 3 years of experience as PTA PT OT OTA or SLP.
