Job Description
Location: BuffaloNY onsite
Duration: 6 month
Visa: gc or citizens
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a member of an agile team including a minimum of 2 years of Scrum Master experience.
- Proficiency in facilitating agile routines including PI PrePlanning.
- Someone who works well with collecting metrics using data to help the team identify opportunities for improvement and create dashboards or other ways of tracking that helps their team to have insights into their work.
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to actively manage dependencies and any deliverables that may have a hard delivery deadline.
- Experience with PI planning activity proven ability to coach teams though identification of any Features Capacity constraints and dependencies that they are aware of ahead of the start of each quarter.
- Ability to drive conversations ahead of the next quarter around capacity needed to reserve for various BAU activities vs work they need to plan and deliver.
- Understanding of key KanBan metrics.
- Experience with ontinuous improvement activities maintaining and improving agile metrics.
- A finance background someone who understands financial concepts is helpful because the work of these teams is specific to the finance context
