Infosys is seeking an Associate Manager of Client Associate ManagerClient Services (AMCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The AMCS works together with their manager (ManagerClient Services/Senior ManagerClient Services) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually the AMCS handles a single account or part of a large account with an indicative annual book of business of up to $25 MUSD.
Location for this position Indianapolis IN or ColumbusOH . Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. - Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
- Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required opportunities to be pursued price decisions etc.
- Balance different projects running for the client that may involve different delivery managers or horizontal unit resources.
- Take gotomarket solutions to accounts and drive revenue from gotomarket solutions being sponsored by the business unit.
- Support presales proposals for new business development outside of account scope.
- Provide vital input for building future alliances with relevant product vendors.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7 years of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Experience in the relevant industry/vertical is a plus.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
- Handson experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
